To request a Gas Service disconnection please complete the form provided below and fax to ATCO Gas Australia on 1800 501 798. For all enquiries please call 13 13 56 between 7:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday.

Access Arrangements

If you are a retailer wishing to enter into a contract with ATCO Gas Australia for access to transport gas through our distribution network, it will be necessary for you to enter into a Haulage Contract with us. For more information please contact us at commercial@atcogas.com.au
